Alziari olive oil is made by cold pressing of ripe olives from selected groves. Alziari was founded in Nice more than 130 years ago. Its olive oil mill, constructed in 1868, is today the only one in activity in Nice. This family business has preserved its tradition of quality and its well-deserved reputation over five generations.
